Y’all, I’m so excited! Pine Mountain is getting a fresh new look, added ad updated content, AND they’ll be available in Kindle Unlimited after 11/22! They’ll be wide for preorder (now!) and from 11/15 — 11/22 for all of you iBooks/Kobo/Nook readers, but that’s it, so if you read on those platforms, hurry…
As some of you might know, my very first series was a set of sexy-sweet small-town contemporary romances. They centered around a resort town in the Blue Ridge Mountains called Pine Mountain, and the chefs who worked there (and the locals they fell in love with–the hard way, of course!)
Well, I have finally received the rights to this series back from the original publisher, which means I got to spruce them up and bring them back to you! Sugar and Spice is the first story in the series. It’s an opposites attract Christmas bake-off holiday romance that pits by-the-book cake caterer Lily against cocky, hotshot pastry chef, Pete.
This story is super near and dear to my heart, and I’m thrilled to give it new life. This new version got updates and edits to make it a little spicier. It’s still a bit sweeter than the Remington books and there’s no suspense, but it’s on par with Cross Creek (now). Even if you read it seven years ago, I think this new version is a lot of fun, and fresh enough to feel like a hot new read.
All of the Pine Mountain books will be re-released in 2023, so if you’re the binge-y type, this is definitely for you! Turn Up The Heat will follow on February 7. You can check out more on Sugar and Spice below. Happy reading!
